Delete in the app

Sign in to the CramClip app, open Profile, scroll to Account, and choose Delete account. Review the warning and confirm. This starts deletion of your account, uploaded source material, generated courses and audio, learning history, and purchase-entitlement records held by CramClip.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email support@cramclip.com from the email address used for your CramClip account with the subject “CramClip account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting. Do not send passwords, store receipts, payment details, or identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are required.

What happens next

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. CramClip removes account data and private course files from active systems. Short-lived backups and limited records required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or law may remain until their retention period ends and will not be used to recreate your account.

Deleting CramClip does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings to stop future renewals.
